Pickle Lover’s Crispy Chicken Wraps

- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the sauce.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with half of the sauce. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of the remaining sauce over each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the coated chicken, sliced pickles, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and green onions across the center of each tortilla.
- Carefully fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up tightly from bottom to top to form wraps.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the wraps seam side down and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.
- Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly. Slice each wrap in half at a diagonal angle.
- Serve immediately with extra pickles on the side if desired.
