- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chopped dill, chives, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each crostini.
- Top with a few slices of pickles.
- Garnish each with a fresh dill sprig.
- Serve immediately while the crostini is still crispy.
