- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the turnip wedges with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the turnips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- While the turnips are roasting, mix honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven after 15 minutes and drizzle the honey-balsamic glaze over the turnips.
- Return the turnips to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes until they are tender and caramelized.
- Serve immediately.
