Stuffed Bell Peppers with Squash

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds.
- Brown turkey in a skillet, add squash, rice, tomato sauce, and seasoning.
- Stuff peppers with mixture, place in baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until peppers are tender.
Notes
Serve with a side salad.
