Welcome to the Farm Kitchen by Green Hart Farms (“Farm Kitchen,” “the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Farm Kitchen mobile and web applications, services, and related content provided by Green Hart Farms. By accessing or using FarmKitchen.greenhartfarms.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Farm Kitchen.
By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service
Farm Kitchen is an AI-powered meal planning application designed for farmers market goers, CSA members, gardeners, and busy families. The App allows you to:
-Generate customized meal plans based on available produce.
-Adjust plans for dietary needs and personal preferences.
-Save and reuse meal plans for future use.
-We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
-You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
-You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
-Use the App for unlawful purposes.
-Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App.
-Upload harmful code, spam, or misleading information.
-Misuse the AI features in ways that could harm others.

5. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer
Farm Kitchen provides general meal planning suggestions only.
We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or specific nutritional needs.

AI makes mistakes– by using this app, you promise to review recipes before use and always follow food safety practices (for example, properly cooking meat according to Health Canada Guidelines), as well as double checking for any ingredients that you may be allergic to.
Green Hart Farms is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on the App’s suggestions.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology within Farm Kitchen are the property of Green Hart Farms.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Subscription & Payments (if applicable)
Some features may require a paid subscription.
Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Privacy
Your use of Farm Kitchen is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Farm Kitchen and Green Hart Farms are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Farm Kitchen at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
