- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- In a blender, combine roasted ingredients, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and sea salt.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth with a slightly chunky texture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
