- Rinse quinoa; cook in water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper; grill until cooked through.
- Sauté bell peppers and green beans in olive oil until tender.
- Slice grilled chicken and combine with quinoa and veggies.
- Drizzle lime juice and sprinkle cilantro over the bowl.
- Serve warm.
