- Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour egg mixture into the pan. Cook until edges set.
- Sprinkle feta and parsley over the omelette. Fold and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
