Napa Cabbage and Tofu Stir Fry

- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove tofu and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add napa cabbage and carrots, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Return tofu to the pan, add soy sauce, and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side of rice for a complete meal.
