- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add peas and carrots, cook for 3 minutes.
- Push vegetables to the side, scramble eggs in the pan.
- Add rice and chicken, stir well.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Use tamari for a gluten-free version.
