Kale and Potato Fish Bake

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer potatoes and kale in a baking dish.
- Place fish fillets on top, season with salt and pepper.
- Scatter onion and garlic over fish.
- Drizzle with olive oil, top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
Notes
Serve with a side of steamed broccoli.
