- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub turkey fillets with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, thyme, rosemary, and sage. Place on a baking sheet.
- Roast turkey in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
