Herb-Crusted Chicken with Spinach

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix almond flour, Parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken in olive oil, then in almond mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet, bake for 25 minutes until cooked.
- Sauté spinach in a pan until wilted, serve with chicken.
