- Heat olive oil in a pan, crumble tofu, add soy sauce and turmeric, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Spread avocado on toast, top with scrambled tofu, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chili flakes.
