- Rinse quinoa and cook with water for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion until soft, add tofu and curry powder, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in peas, cooked quinoa, and salt, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Notes
Serve with a side of yogurt.
