- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, beets, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Spread beet hummus on whole wheat wraps. Top with mixed greens and crumbled feta cheese.
- Roll up wraps and slice in half.
Notes
Add sliced cucumbers or roasted red peppers for extra crunch.
