- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and onion, sauté until golden.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric, and salt, cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Stir in zucchinis and chickpeas, cook for 10 minutes.
- Add garam masala, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
