Cilantro and Tomato Omelette

- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour egg mixture into the pan; cook until edges are set.
- Sprinkle cilantro over the omelette.
- Fold omelette in half and cook until fully set.
- Serve immediately.
