- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add tomatoes and cilantro, cook for 2 minutes.

- Cook until edges are set, fold and serve.
