- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 7 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly across each slice.
- Return to the oven for another 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top each crostini with a few slices of dill pickle and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
- Drizzle a small amount of balsamic glaze over each crostini.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
