- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, chives, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread a generous layer of the herb cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
- Place a slice of turkey or ham on top of the cream cheese layer on each tortilla.
- Place one large dill pickle at one end of the tortilla. Roll the tortilla around the pickle tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and pickles.
- Using a sharp knife, slice each wrap into 1-inch pieces for easy serving.
