Crunchy Pickle and Avocado Sliders

- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well to create a creamy dill sauce.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the dill pickles lengthwise to get 16 slices.
- Spread a layer of avocado mash on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Place two slices of dill pickle over the avocado mash.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the pickles.
- Spread a teaspoon of creamy dill sauce on each top half of the slider buns.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the assembled slider bottoms (with the avocado, pickle, and cheese) into the skillet.
- Cover the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt.
- Place the tops of the buns onto the sliders in the skillet, cover again, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the buns are slightly crispy.
- Serve immediately with remaining dill sauce on the side.
