Curried Lentil and Kale Soup

- Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add curry powder, cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in lentils and broth, simmer until lentils are tender.
- Add kale, cook until wilted, season with salt.
