Egg, Mushroom, and Raisin Stir-Fry

- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in raisins and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the whisked eggs and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
