- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and ginger, stir fry until cooked, about 7 minutes.
- Add garlic scapes and bell pepper, stir fry for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and serve over rice.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
