- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the sliced baguette with olive oil.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix the goat cheese with lemon juice, fresh dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spread the herbed goat cheese mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
- Top each slice with a few slices of dill pickles and sprinkle with capers.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
