- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet, add mushrooms and green onions, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, season with salt and pepper, pour over vegetables.
- Cook on stovetop for 5 minutes, then transfer to oven and bake for 15 minutes.
