Grilled Tofu and Vegetable Stir-Fry

- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu cubes and cook until golden, about 5 minutes.
- Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and cooked rice, stir well and heat through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Garnish with chopped green onions for added flavor.
