Herb-Crusted Blade Roast with Roasted Vegetables

- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Rub blade roast with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place roast in a roasting pan.
- Add sweet potatoes, turnips, onion, and broccoli around the roast.
- Roast for 90 minutes or until meat is tender and vegetables are cooked.
- Rest meat for 10 minutes before slicing.
