- 1. Whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper
- 2. Melt butter in a pan and pour in eggs
- 3. Add chopped pickles and cheese to one side of the omelette
- 4. Fold over and cook until cheese is melted

Feel free to add diced ham or veggies for more filling
