- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, chilled butter, salt, and cardamom. Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add vanilla extract and cold water. Pulse until dough just comes together.
- Press dough evenly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.
- In a bowl, mix ground almonds, sugar, softened butter, and almond extract until smooth.
- Spread almond mixture over the tart crust evenly.
- Arrange raspberries in a single layer on top of the almond filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the filling is set.
- Allow tart to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
