- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine rhubarb, ginger, honey, and soy sauce.
- Cook over medium heat until rhubarb is soft, about 5 minutes.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
- Brush rhubarb glaze over salmon.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through, serve.
