- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper, and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes, mixed beans, and vegetable broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice just before serving.
