- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chickpeas and tomato sauce, then add cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in mustard and cooked rice, mixing well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring flavors meld.
- Remove from heat and mix in chopped bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumber.
- Serve by placing equal amounts of the beef and chickpea mixture onto lettuce leaves.
- Fold lettuce leaves around the filling to form wraps.
