Turnip and Carrot Soup with Chicken

- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add turnips and carrots, cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in chicken broth and thyme, bring to a boil.

- Add shredded chicken, cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
